Nancy Kendrick a resident of Atlanta, Georgia began her tenured health care career earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Nashville and continuing through completion of post graduate studies at the University of Santa Monica resulting in a Master’s of Science in Health Care Administration. Her nursing experience includes working in multiple settings throughout the United States including but not limited to acute, ambulatory and outpatient care facilities and occupational health.
For more than 20 years, her clinical and operational expertise has been employed in various roles with providers of home health and hospice services beginning as a Branch Manager for home health and private duty progressing to Divisional Vice President of Clinical Services for a national company. In addition, she has been a surveyor for The Joint Commission (TJC), Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) and worked with agencies accredited by Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC).
■ Coleen O’ Connell, RN, BSN
Ms. O’Connell, a resident of Austin, Texas has over 20 years of
Home Care/Hospice experience. She was a CHAP site visitor for
two years and a Joint Commission surveyor in the Home Care
program for five years. Ms. O’Connell has breadth and depth of
experience that our clients find invaluable. Her other
employment experience includes General Manager Home Medical
Equipment and Infusion Services, National Medical Care Home Care
Regional Sales Manager, as well as many years of consulting with
a variety of National Home Care agencies. Ms. O’Connell has also
many years in assisting organizations with The Joint Commission/CHAP Plan of
Correction preparation and implementation, OASIS education,
competency assessment and accuracy reviews, Development and
implementation of Performance Improvement Plans, AR Recovery for
home health, infusion and home DME, staff education programs,
Development of clinical competency programs and Policy and
Procedure development
