Kent & Associates is a health care consultation firm based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Kenneth Dale Brown, RN, MSN the Principal Consultant and owner, created Kent & Associates in 2001. Our associates have many years of health care experience, consultation and the majority have previously been surveyors for the Joint Commission. We have consultation expertise in Ambulatory, Behavioral Health, Critical Access, Durable Medical Equipment, Healthcare Staffing Certification, Hospice, Hospital, Laboratory, Life Safety, Long Term Care and Office Based Surgery Accreditation Programs of the Joint Commission. We can provide assistance with corrective action reports as well as perform mock surveys using the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Conditions of Participation.
